07 Account Suspension & Termination Policy

• Providing false or incomplete information during KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
• At the user's own request
• For legal or regulatory reasons

To Close Your Account Voluntarily

To close your account voluntarily, contact our support team via email or live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

For inactive accounts, Bangla 99 may charge a maintenance fee of up to ৳100 per month. No further fees will be deducted once the balance reaches zero.
